Team Member
As a Pret Team Member, you’ll not only make the best sandwiches (using amazing, fresh ingredients) but you’ll also spend time with energetic people, engage with customers and have lots of fun too. We pay our lovely Team Members up to $57 per hour including mystery shopper bonus. It doesn’t stop there...we also offer training via our academy so you could become a Barista, Hot Chef, or Trainer.
Barista
Our Baristas are our coffee experts, we know this because they spend 12 weeks in training (and really earning that black shirt). They are passionate about creating bold and beautiful drinks and ensure we deliver amazing coffee standards every day. We pay our lovely Baristas up to $63 per hour including mystery shopper bonus. It doesn’t stop there...we also offer training via our academy so you could become a Leader, Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
Kitchen & Front of House Leader
Pret is growing, one shop at a time (we think good things should not be rushed) so we’re always on the lookout for great Team Leaders. Our Kitchen Leaders help produce beautiful and delicious food throughout the day in our kitchens, and our Front of House Leaders ensure our wonderful customers have the best experiences in our shops. We pay our lovely Leaders up to $16,500 per month plus 10% in bonus. It does not stop there...we also offer excellent career opportunities and training so you could become an Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers lead the Kitchen and Front of House operation of our shops and support their General Manager in growing sales and delivering on Key Performance Indicators . They are responsible for building happy and passionate teams and delivering fantastic customer experience and delicious great quality food and coffee every day in a friendly, welcoming and safe environment. We pay our lovely Assistant Managers $17,000 - $18,000 per month plus 15% in bonus. We offer excellent career development opportunities, even our Global CEO started his Pret journey as a Shop Assistant Manager.
General Manager
Our Store Managers are accountable for the operational performance of their shop. They develop fantastic teams, drive their business performance through great planning and execution, and are the gatekeepers of Pret brand standards. They take pride in catching people doing the right thing and know when to step back and allow their teams to flourish. We pay our lovely Store Managers $19,000 - $27,000 plus 20% in bonus. At Pret, we are dedicated to making sure that the right training, development and support is given to our wonderful people, and you’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people throughout your training.
Support Centre (Head Office)
Pret opened its very first shop in Hong Kong in 2002 with a promise of simple, delicious food served by friendly and motivated staff. Our Support Centre is located at Prosperity Millennia Plaza, North Point and is full of friendly and motivated people.
