"Morning Routine" offer: a hot drink + a pastry for 7,50 CHF.

Validity:

Monday to Sunday from the shop opening until 11am, within the limits of available stock and non-cumulative with other current promotional offers.

Responsibilities and rights of the operator: 

To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from this Promotion or in connection with it, regardless of the cause (whether it be a contract, civil wrongdoing, including but not limited to negligence, legal obligation, or otherwise).  

The operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not appear to be acting in spirit of the Promotion or who attempts to claim additional promotional products beyond the aforementioned limits.  

Non-compliance with obligations by either party may lead to unilateral termination by the aggrieved party of these terms and conditions.  

These terms and conditions may be unilaterally amended at the operator’s discretion.  

The operator reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion if circumstances require (special circumstances beyond its control, force majeure, fraud).  

By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions to which you are bound.
