Be part of a great team, learn a lot and have fun! At Pret, we have a wide range of shop roles, from Team Members and Baristas to Kitchen Leaders and General Managers.

General Manager
Our General Managers are our in-shop champions. These wonderful people are the protectors of the things that make Pret, Pret - keeping standards and spirits high and customers happy. A people person without a doubt, with a passion for helping their shop and the people in it grow.
Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers support the General Managers and are responsible for implementing fantastic standards and building passionate, happy teams.
Leader
Pret is always growing, one shop at a time (we think good things shouldn’t be rushed) so we’re always on the lookout for great Team Leaders. We need Kitchen Leaders to help our kitchens produce beautiful and delicious food throughout the day, and Front of House Leaders who can ensure our lovely customers have the best experience in our shops.
Barista
Our baristas are coffee experts. We know because they spend three months in our academy getting trained. They make fantastic drinks and ensure we deliver amazing coffee standards every day. You’ve got to be skilled and lively, and there are plenty of opportunities to progress.
Team Member
At Pret, Team Members work as part of a team in the kitchen or front of house of a Pret shop. They are responsible for creating a welcoming safe environment, engaging and “wowing” our customers and producing great quality food.
