General Terms of the Offer "The Very Goood Lunch" Available at Pret A Manger Portugal Restaurants

Offer "The Very Good Lunch": A menu consisting of a baguette, sandwich, cold wrap, or Toastie (toasted sandwich, or brioche bread) of your choice + a small dessert pot of your choice + a can (33 cl) or a Pret bottle of water (50 cl) or a pack of Pret chips from a selection of products for €7.95.

Validity:

The offer is valid until December 31, 2025, from Monday to Sunday, during the operating hours of participating restaurants. It applies to a selection of products listed below, is subject to available stock, and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts.

The list of products included in the "The Very Goood Lunch" offer may be modified depending on new product launches during the promotion period.

Promotion Period:

Other Conditions:

To the extent permitted by law, the organizer shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from or related to this promotion, regardless of the cause (contract, tort, including but not limited to negligence, legal obligation, or otherwise).

The organizer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not appear to be acting within the spirit of the promotion or attempts to obtain additional promotional products beyond the established limits.

Failure to comply with obligations by any party may result in unilateral termination of these terms and conditions by the affected party.

These terms and conditions may be unilaterally amended by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotion if circumstances require it (exceptional circumstances beyond its control, force majeure, fraud).

By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions, to which you are bound.

Jurisdiction and Organizer:

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED BY FRENCH LAW, AND ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THEM SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF FRENCH COURTS.
